By using Uploft or accessing our platform, you agree to the terms below. No confusing legal jargon, no hidden fees, and no fine-print tricks. Just clear guidelines that keep everything fair, safe, and straightforward for everyone involved.
1. Scope of Service
Uploft provides tools and features that allow you to upload email designs, map clickable areas, and export ready-to-send outputs. The details of your plan, features, and limits are outlined on our website and in your subscription plan.
If new features, add-ons, or service requests fall outside of your current plan, we’ll let you know before any upgrades or charges occur. We don’t add surprise fees.
2. Payment Terms
Uploft operates on subscription-based billing. Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle based on the plan you choose, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a payment fails, access to the platform may be paused until payment is completed. You can manage billing details directly in your account dashboard.
3. Fair Usage & Limits
Each plan includes defined usage limits such as export counts, storage, or project slots.
Usage beyond your plan limits may require an upgrade. We’ll always notify you before anything is billed, and you’ll have the option to upgrade, downgrade, or stay as you are.
4. Availability & Updates
We aim to provide a reliable service and continuous improvements. Scheduled maintenance or downtime will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
We move fast, but stability matters. Features and updates will roll out when they’re ready — without compromising user experience.
5. Ownership & Rights
You own the designs and assets you upload to Uploft, and the outputs you export from the platform.
Uploft owns all platform code, infrastructure, and technology that enables those exports. We may showcase non-confidential examples of work generated through Uploft unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Communication & Support
Support is primarily handled asynchronously through chat and email. We aim to respond to requests within 24–48 hours on weekdays.
If you need faster support or a dedicated channel, this may be available through enterprise agreements.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abusive behavior, or violations of these terms. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed for unused time.
8. Liability
Uploft provides tools that support your workflow, but the final responsibility for your email content, performance, and legal compliance rests with you.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or issues caused by third-party tools such as email service providers, hosting platforms, or integrations.
We do our best to maintain a stable, secure service — but some elements are out of our control.
9. Data & Privacy
Your uploaded designs, content, and account data are kept private and secure. We do not share, sell, or reuse your data without consent.
If you require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or NDA, let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via email or in-app notice.
By continuing to use Uploft after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
Final note
We built Uploft to make your workflow easier, faster, and more enjoyable. Our Terms are designed to keep things fair, transparent, and respectful — on both sides.
If you have questions, just ask. We’re happy to help.
